1

Design

Scaffolding design involves planning and engineering safe and efficient scaffold structures based on project requirements, site conditions, and applicable safety standards. The design process includes preparing detailed drawings, load calculations, and selecting appropriate materials and components to ensure structural stability and performance. It also considers factors such as load capacity, wind forces, height, access points, and working platforms. All designs are developed in accordance with international standards and regulations to guarantee safety and reliability. Proper coordination with project teams ensures that the scaffolding system meets operational needs and site constraints.

Erection and dismantling

Erection and dismantling of scaffolding involve the safe assembly and disassembly of scaffold structures on construction sites according to approved designs and safety regulations. The erection process includes setting base plates, installing vertical standards, horizontal ledgers, braces, and working platforms, ensuring proper alignment, stability, and load distribution. All components are securely fixed and inspected to meet safety standards. Dismantling is carried out in a systematic and controlled manner, following the reverse sequence of erection to ensure safety. All components are carefully removed, inspected, and stored or transported without damage. Strict adherence to safety procedures, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and supervision by qualified personnel are essential throughout both processes.

Fabrication

Fabrication in scaffolding involves the manufacturing and assembly of structural components such as frames, tubes, couplers, base plates, and platforms. The process includes cutting, bending, welding, and surface treatment of steel or aluminum materials according to engineering drawings and safety standards. It ensures that all scaffolding elements meet the required specifications for strength, stability, and durability. High precision and quality control are essential to guarantee safe usage in construction projects. Fabrication also includes inspection, testing, and finishing processes such as galvanizing or painting to protect against corrosion.
